At Decolove each and every piece of jewellery is created as bespoke only after placing an order at our website. This is the reason why we do not accept returns. You can chose size, colour and add other remarks to your order or even contact us to dispell doubts. We will be happy to help.
The order processing time starts at the moment of payment authorization and our lead time usually takes maximum 14 working days.
Please note that during high wedding season and holiday time production may take longer. We highly recommend ordering your accessories sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive it on time.
Our products are created with love and attention to detail, they are made by hand and may differ from the ones pictured. Also, colours may display differently on your computer screen.
Please choose your items carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. Due to fragile nature of our accessories, returns and refunds are accepted only exceptionally.
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping and handling) please email us, you will need to notify us within 48 hours and we will repair it or replace it, as needed. After 48 hours we reserve the right to weave any such demand.
